Fortunately, I got my account reopened but only after removing products, some of which were best sellers. What's worse is they make up their own interpretation of their own rules. According to them, any mailing list script or script that allows you to send emails (including a membership script or safelist script) is a "spam tool". Even if it's double opt-in! That is absolutely absurd and doesn't fit anyone's definition of spam. Yes, I got stung by them too.
